Yesterday I caught sight of this twig caught in a spider's web stretched across the pond but...
it turned out to be a stratagem for luring unsuspecting prey into the web...I've not seen a web across the pond before but I suppose 'someone' had to think it might be a good idea.
There's nothing there this morning just a single thread...
