RememberI wrote to Tesco at the beginning of November about their poor spelling on one of their 'dingly-dangles' hanging above an aisle. I went in yesterday and found they've changed it!
Hallo Joseph, I find bad spelling so annoying when it's in public places. It jumps out at me and I have to say something, though I find 'greengrocer's spelling' on market stalls quite endearing...

And they didn't offer you "compensation for any distress that may have been caused" ha ha - a nice Christmas hamper maybe? :D
Hello Sylve,
You did a wonderful thing. Many times we ignore such things as unimportant for us but sometimes it will be of great importance to someone else.
Best wishes,
Joseph
