It was very cold and wet so I don't envy you. Hope you are OK, no cold or cough. The pond was duckweeded, horrible suggestion for a preformed pond, fill in the rest of the space - I'll think about it, no rush.Same Kath, just how she turns up at the front door...
Helsie, isn't it surprising that one pattern can travel around the world so easily. These little 6" Teds are popular, easy for small children to hold - and cheap to buy, too!!
What's CWa? I don't know those initials...is it a Group of Ladies?Sylvehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01181210810835897800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107112365381397932.post-10815590370926060922012-10-15T23:57:35.700+01:002012-10-15T23:57:35.700+01:00Seems that teddy pattern is used world-wide. Lots of ladies in my CWa knit them and they are always in demand.
CheersHelsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15136273834165751276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107112365381397932.post-56283635787147882912012-10-15T17:23:15.591+01:002012-10-15T17:23:15.591+01:00Hey Ho! I was out in the cold and at one stage, hail stones, (with cold feet and blue hands,) but such are things for us organ grinders. I thought of you - covering up your stall from the rain - and all the time you were tucked up in the warm and dry. Glad it went well for you both. There was a man selling Teddy Bears at our 'do' too, but these were Radio-controlled and moved their eyes, heads and arms by remote control. I didn't buy one - a bit too pricey for me.
Shame about the pond. When I gave up with fish I left mine to go back to nature. Now I have hundreds of frogs and even Dragonflies.
Is that the same Kath that we know up there? I thought you had a new follower!
Cheers...short-sighted B.Bernardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09024557597864373705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107112365381397932.post-37917695781300566412012-10-15T08:07:01.254+01:002012-10-15T08:07:01.254+01:00Some adults bought twos and threes - Christmas is ...Some adults bought twos and threes - Christmas is coming! I think the parents love them as much as the kids, when everything else they have in their toy box is primary coloured plastic.Kathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04003521059890699861noreply@blogger.com
